During this difficult time, we are working hard to meet your needs while practicing safe social distancing and protecting our staff members. To this end, we are reducing the number of days we work in office, and will only be processing/shipping orders a few days a week. Please understand that this WILL AFFECT our standard turnaround time. To avoid delays with your order, please help us better serve you by taking the following steps:
· Please place your orders at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This is always advised, but now more than ever, we ask that you order far enough in advance to allow for longer processing time
· Please utilize the four-class maximum on all your orders. You are allowed to order up to four classes on each order. Please do this, as this ensures you will have your materials for your next several classes.
· Please make sure you are submitting payment with every order. This is largely for our FA students. It will take us much longer than usual to reach out to you for payment if it is not included. Please avoid long delays and make sure you are submitting your FA number and order number immediately after placing every order.
· Please reach out to us through email for any urgent needs. We will be remotely monitoring emails and can respond much faster this way, as we will only be able to check voicemails a few times a week. Email us at email@example.com for a faster reply.
